B | 孟女士说，无奈之下，她通过小区物业联系到了房东杨先生，杨先生称，要是5天内收不到中介公司的房租就要收回房屋。孟女士随后联系到公司负责人余某，对方回复正在处理此事，但没有明确答复，也没说租金和押金什么时间能够退还。
C | 在孟女士提供的《房屋租赁合同》中，注明房屋出租代转机构（甲方）为西安盛世天合住房租赁有限公司，约定住房租赁期限为2022年7月26日至2023年8月30日共13个月零5天，房屋租金为1750元，租金付款方式为押一付十二。
D | 租赁公司：经营不善、管理不严谨公司解散 9月12日上午11时许，记者来到位于西安市西关正街英达大厦的盛世天合公司，孟女士和房东正在楼下商量。房东杨先生称，租客告诉他之后，他才了解到住房租赁公司运营模式不正常，类似于“高进低出”的模式。记者看到，在英达大厦12层的盛世天合公司大门关闭，没有值班人员。
E | 门上贴着一张《告知书》，时间为今年9月12日，文中称：“因疫情影响公司经营不善，其次管理不严谨导致一部分业务员将公司房屋租金私自收取使本公司资金链断裂，不得不忍痛告诉全体员工从今天起全体解散。对于现租户业主，公司暂时只能妥善登记处理，公司会安排售后人员在公司登记，请各位租户业主在公司开门时积极配合……统一登记结束后公司会给各位一个满意的解决方案，望各位理解。开门时间为2022年9月13日至2022年9月22日。”《告知书》旁张贴着售后微信群二维码，孟女士称，加入后并未有公司人员回复消息。“我的房子在城里地铁口附近，按照目前的市场价格，租金起码在2200元左右，而租客每月租金仅1750元，完全不符合市场规律。”杨先生说，他是今年7月将房屋委托给了西安盛世天合住房租赁有限公司，双方签订了《资产委托管理服务合同》，委托期限为两年，合同中约定租金支付方式为月付，每月2600元，比租客支付的月租金高出了近一千元。“按照合同约定，物业费由租赁公司承担，租客联系到我后，我才知道此事。
F | 现在公司张贴了《告知书》，意思是要和租户、业主解除合同了。”杨先生说，因为他现在也收不到租金，所以准备将房屋收回重新出租，若是租客还想继续租住，他们双方可以直接签合同。
G | 法定代表人：来公司面谈 不接受采访 9月9日，华商全媒体曾报道：21岁的小王今年大学毕业，8月时通过咸鱼平台联系到了盛世天合公司业务员康某，最终选定一套80平方米的房屋并签订《房屋租赁合同》，约定租期1年，租金每月1500元，支付了全年租金及押金共1.65万元，钱均转给了康某。然而入住还不到1个月，房东便找到他，小王得知，这套房屋也许他无法再继续住下去。而小王从房东处了解到，盛世天合公司向房东支付的租金为2200元/月。
H | 对此，盛世天合公司一郭姓负责人称，小王的租金没有进入公司账户，而是业务员自己收了，建议小王报警。记者通过天眼查App查询到，西安盛世天合住房租赁有限公司成立于2020年7月16日，目前法定代表人为余某，公司并未留有联系方式。9月12日，在盛世天合公司门口，孟女士联系到了公司法定代表人余某，余某称，9月13日会给她一个满意的答复，让她次日前往公司面谈。记者表明身份后，对方称“目前不接受任何采访，明天到公司再说，现在还在放假期间”。随即挂断了电话。孟女士称，已拨打12315市民热线反映此事，还将通过辖区住建局投诉此事。华商报记者 于震 文/图 返回搜狐，查看更多责任编辑：
